Teaching with Heart: Managing Stress and Transforming Unmet Needs into Growth (VIRTUAL – 8 hours credit)

Stress is a constant in the demanding field of early childhood education, but understanding the science behind it can unlock powerful strategies for resilience. This course introduces educators to Polyvagal Theory and Mindful Self-Compassion, equipping them with tools to manage their stress response, build emotional resilience, and foster compassionate connections. Through practical exercises, thoughtful discussions, and evidence-based practices, educators will learn to create supportive environments that benefit both their well-being and the young learners they guide
